The next edition of Fromage & Cime will take place on 20 September 2026 and will mark the 20th anniversary of the event.
The latest edition was once again a great success. Ideal weather conditions attracted 3,000 visitors to this wonderful tasting day, during which more than 8,000 raclette servings were enjoyed.
Are you a fan of raclette and the mountains? Fromage & Cime was made for you. The presence of numerous alpine farms will transform our resort into a Valais raclette festival, allowing you to savor the delicious flavors of the region. For 4 CHF, exchange your raclette vouchers and enjoy this unique tasting experience in an exceptional natural setting.
With the participation of about fifteen cheesemakers, Fromage & Cime is the flagship event of the Ovronnaz-Leytron municipality.
A jury of experts, convened by Claude Luisier, annually awards the “Fromage & Cime d’Or” to the best raclette cheese during the official tasting.
