The next edition of Fromage & Cime will take place on 21 September 2025. Raclette and mountain lovers? Fromage & Cime was created for you.

The presence of numerous mountain pastures will transform our resort into a Valais raclette festival, giving you the chance to sample the delicious flavours of the region. With the participation of around fifteen cheese-makers, Fromage et Cime is the emblematic event of the commune of Ovronnaz-Leytron.

Every year, a panel of experts chaired by Claude Luisier will award the ‘Fromage & Cime d’Or’ to the best cheese scraped during the official tasting. Loco ski, a ski simulator, will be on hand all day. (free, no need to book, equipment available to borrow on site)
