This Japanese art of immersing yourself in the forest and melting into the heart of the living world is a sensory and emotional experience that brings well-being to your mind and soul as well as to your physical body.
A forest bath is about letting the forest enter you and creating a relationship with it.
In an autumn atmosphere, you’ll experience moments of simplicity, gentleness and slowness to recharge your batteries, relax and boost your immunity.
