On the ground floor : spacious living room, dining room, and open equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace and a large garden. Vestibule with separate toilet and garage (1 covered space + 2 outdoor spaces) with direct entrance to the chalet.
On the upper floor : 3 bedrooms: 1 master suite with balcony access, 2 spacious double bedrooms, and a mezzanine. Access to the mezzanine is via a steep staircase that is not suitable for young children.
In the basement : large laundry room with washing machine, dryer, and drying rack, carnotzet for tastings. A large garden surrounds the chalet. During the nice season, barbecue and plancha are available.
