Dear friends of nature and the mountains,

We are delighted to offer you an enjoyable day out in the splendid pastures of Ovronnaz:

10:30 am: Meet at the start of the Ovronnaz – Jorasse chairlift
10.45am: Take the chairlift up to the Alpage de Bougnonne, our herd’s summer residence
11.00am: A friendly drink and delicious platters featuring Valais specialities. The perfect opportunity to discover our products and admire our queens of the Hérens breed. Our team will be delighted to answer any questions you may have.
12:00: Departure for a 50-minute walk downhill to the Alpage d’Odonne. The walk takes place on a passable road dotted with stones. We therefore recommend that you bring comfortable shoes.
13:00: Enjoy a delicious polenta prepared in a cauldron, accompanied by Odonne cheese. A seasonal dessert will round off the meal.

All the food served on this day comes from our mountain pastures or from Swiss producers and artisans.

This 1st August brunch is priced at CHF 45.00 for adults and CHF 30.00 for children under 15 (drinks not included), including the chairlift ride.
