You are responsible for registering your tenants for tourist tax.<\/p>\n<p>The tourist tax for guests is CHF 3.20 per person per night, with a reduction of CHF 1.60 for children aged between 6 and 16. Children aged 5 and under are exempt. Pour tous les propri\u00e9taires qui choisissent de louer leur propri\u00e9t\u00e9, il est \u00e9galement n\u00e9cessaire de tenir compte du forfait de taxes d&#8217;h\u00e9bergement.<br \/>Ces deux taxes sont factur\u00e9es au forfait par la Commune de Leytron.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vos locataires sont eux aussi soumis \u00e0 la taxe de s\u00e9jour. Les enfants moins de 6 ans sont exon\u00e9r\u00e9s.
