Take the Ovronnaz-Jorasse chairlift to access the start of the Tour. A short way leads to Petit Pré (1998 m). The description below is anti-clockwise but you can make it in both directions. Behind Petit Pré chalets a path goes up to Grand Pré d’Euloi. This magnificent place turns into a lake when snow melt. Then climb through la Combe until Fenestral pass. The view is beautiful : Mont Blanc massif and Muverans chain.

You go down direction Fully lakes and Sorniot alpine pasture on the left side of Chavalard. A wide path without danger follows the impressive south slope of Grand Chavalard. The view is breathtaking on Rhône valley as well as steep rocks of Chavalard. The last step takes place on the East of Grand Chavalard overhanging l’Etra in front of the crest Grand Garde-La Seya.

Before coming back to Petit Pré, discover Lui d’Août cottage. When you arrive at Petit Pré, follow the path to Jorasse, where you can go back to Ovronnaz with the chairlift.
