Take the Ovronnaz-Jorasse chairlift to access the start of the Tour. From Jorasse, the hike starts with a short descent towards the stables of Bougnonne mountain pasture and then goes down to the Salentze river in a gentle slope. After crossing the small bridge, you will see the old Saille stables hidden below a big boulder. Go up in the direction of the Cabane Rambert for a few hundred metres.

From the place called “Pierre à Vatsarou” (the shepherd’s stone), you will follow a beautiful path on the hillside, amidst fallen stones and rocks. The path goes through the exquisite wooded mountain pastures of Larzay and Chavanne Neuve, before reaching Jorasse, where you can go back to Ovronnaz with the chairlift.
